He’s out washing windows for me as we speak, while I’m stuck at FedEx getting a random drug test. Sigh. Never thought I’d be at a job with drug testing, but it is what it is! Currently at 45 minutes waiting to even start the drug test...
B ack to window washing!
First solo day on the job , I gave my new guy a simple rambler. So what did he do?
He upsold them on a gutter and roof job, then proceeded to add two neighbors to the day. I like this guy.

Lol. I've stuck with fedex, but am doing windows on the side. Finally got someone trained up to the point where they can do windows solo while I work at FedEx.

Unfortunately I totally spaced on getting back to that company and the offer expired. But that's okay, all of the work stuff I do for the next 6 months or so is replaceable with basically anything else
